- 5% discount in case of Cash payment.

General monthly maintenance:
- Security and guards of the resort.
- Supervision of public properties of the resort.
- Pesticide distribution and pest control.
- Garbage's collection through public areas.
- Public streets maintenance.
- Maintenance of Swimming pools.
- Maintenance of networks.
- Sanitary network maintenance.

The above services are estimated starting from the first month of each year and are charged as follows:

Annual maintenance fees:

- Apartments less than 50m²…………..………….. 500 €
