The local plan includes:

20 hotels constructed and operating in compliance with international standards, with beaches available to all the citizens and tourists residing in Sahl Hasheesh (the «LTI Piramiza» has already been raised and has been operational since May 2007) An 11 km long embankment, on which a number of cafes, bars, restaurants and other entertainment objects will be operating

• Golf courses
• Luxury residential blocks, consisting of apartments and villas (first apartments were delivered to clients in the beginning of 2007)
• The «Serennia» project, which involves construction of a sea port, a yacht club, a luxurious SPA-centre, helipads and other objects.
