We therefore offer our Silver Service package for those wishing to outsource the management of this time consuming task.
Once you have given us your instruction (plus any concerns or special requests you may have), we will liaise with site staff to book in your preliminary inspection, track the progress of the remedial work before carrying out a follow up visit to ensure everything is done to a satisfactory standard. If there are any further or outstanding items at this stage, we will continue to follow up so that you can be safe in the knowledge that your investment property will be well presented, fully operational in every respect and has been finished to the standard you would expect.
